Seasonal Drinks
Alongside Petites Faims, a new collection of seasonal cocktails brings together French and Japanese flavours in a few very different pours.
Bénédictine Highball
French Bénédictine, lengthened with Japanese lemon chū-hai and a whisper of fresh verbena.
Honeyed and citrusy, and particularly lovely alongside freshly shucked Pacific oysters.
Pêche Soyeuse
Japanese shōchū and white peach, brightened with yuzu and shiso and finished with a silky foam.
Fragrant and soft, with a natural affinity for the Hiramasa kingfish crudo.
Kasumi
Sheep whey vodka and fine junmai sake, stirred and poured tableside from a traditional ceramic carafe, then misted with umami bitters.
Clean, restrained and made to be enjoyed slowly.
And a New Zero-Proof Pour
Verjus Sakura Sour
French verjus — the bright, tart juice of unripe wine grapes — meets Japanese cherry blossom and lemon, finished with a silky foam and rose petal.
Zero-proof, not zero complexity.
Also available: wine by the glass, craft beer on tap and a rotating special cocktail.
Coming Later This October
Something new is also taking shape outside Fleur de Mizu.
Our outdoor tables are expected to arrive later this October, creating another way to stop in for a drink, share a few plates and spend a little longer with us in Northbridge.
More details coming soon.
