The food and atmosphere at Fleur de Mizu was outstanding. Not only is this restaurant a much needed for Northbridge, but it is also an amazing addition to the Sydney food scene. A delicious balance between French and Japanese cuisines, with wonderful staff and keen interest from the Chef himself. 5 stars all round. Excellent french and japanese fusion restaurant, best by far. 

My best friend and I are degustation freaks. We look for them and go to the restaurants that are the most interesting. What a find here in Northbridge on the LNS. Small intimate restaurant, first class service with helpful and knowledgeable staff and then the menu and wine. Sublime. Every course was delectable, every mouthful was a symphony. One of the best degustations we have had in a very long time, with wines for each course suggested by our very helpful waiter who came from France. The chef came and had a chat with us which was a treat as he is so passionate about his food and with a promise that he will be changing the menu every couple of months we will be back as regulars. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Fleur de Mizu is a triumph … a great experience awaits from the first step inside this new restaurant. The ambience and decor is sophisticated, welcoming and very French and the service is attentive and warm. But the food is next level – delicious fusion of French and Japanese flavours – perfectly balanced, well presented and good value. We’ll be back. Thank you for a fabulous evening.
