L’Art du Cocktail et Sake – A French-Japanese Tasting Experience

22 & 23 October 2025

A 5-course French-Japanese tasting experience, featuring inventive cocktails and newly introduced Japanese sakes!

Step into Fleur de Mizu for L’Art du Cocktail et Sake, a limited two-night celebration where French culinary mastery meets Japanese inspiration.
Immerse yourself in a five-course tasting menu that unfolds like a symphony, from bright, refreshing aperitifs to deep, umami-laden dishes, each moment crafted to delight the senses.

This is more than a dinner; it’s a journey of craftsmanship and discovery. Guests will have the rare opportunity to taste Japanese sake being presented in an Australian restaurant for the very first time, offering an exclusive first sip before it reaches the market.

Alongside this, our team has created two exclusive cocktails designed to elevate each dish and showcase the delicate harmony of French and Japanese influences, a reflection of the creativity that extends from our kitchen to our bar.

The menu is available with or without drink pairings, allowing every guest to choose their own way to experience the evening.
